Sleepy Hollow a Success!

Sleepy Hollow

While cold and sometimes wet, the Fall production of Irving Washington’s Sleepy Hollow warmed the hearts of the audience. Performed October 29th and 30th at the Old Mill Museum in Lindsborg, the cast brought to life the spooky story of the Headless Horseman and the ever Nervous Ichabod Crane played by Michael Metcalfe. His love interest Katrina (Ann Metcalfe) flirted her way through every scene. The antagonist, known in this story as Brom Bones (Stephen Klaassen) never let up on poor Ichabod and gave the loving Katrina a difficult choice for true love. Accompanied by a collection of Narrators (Mark Klaaseen, Eric Lundstrom, Blakely Bunning and Jessica Lundberg set the scene, this crowd favorite once again did not disappoint. Tyler Johnson often seen on the RFD stage took his first spot in the directors chair and brought all the pieces of this great story together!
